Artwork Preparation for Digital Printing

We can accept files from Mac or PC created in the following programs:

QuarkXpress
Adobe PhotoShop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign

Setup your graphics in proportion to your panel size and use the following guide lines:

1. Images need to be maximum 150dpi AT OUTPUT SIZE i.e. if you were creating your graphics at 50% (half size) you will need to supply the files at 300dpi for optimum resolution. (100 dpi is normally adequate for larger format output). Lower resolution images can be printed but original quality and amount of enlargement will affect the output.
2. Supply all images/files in CMYK colour.
3. Include all fonts used as well as those used in Logo’s and EPS files.
4. All Photoshop scans should be saved as a single file document (DCS off).
5. Finished graphics can be supplied as a high resolution PDF or EPS file with no compression. Make sure the text has been outlined to avoid font issues. Please do not include bleed or crop marks on your finished graphics.

Double sided system requires 24 magbars, 3 front curved, 3 rear curved & 2 'D' end graphics.

Double sided system requires 30 magbars, 4 front curved, 4 rear curved & 2 'D' end graphics

It is your responsibility to supply a colour proof with your graphics for comparison purposes. We cannot guarantee the appearance of your panels without some visual reference. We will be happy to send a colour test print prior to production at a charge of £10.

We can accept files on CD/DVD, sent by e-mail or uploaded on to a FTP site.
